Hands-on care
and real conversation,
in your own home.

Complementary therapeutic work, a trained ear, and all the time the visit needs. For older adults who remain curious and engaged, and who want to feel good in their own body.
The idea behind the work

Your body is a partner in this work.

It's whole, it's doing all it can, and it's worth listening to. Therapeutic bodywork and real conversation work together in every visit.

What a visit looks like

Simple, unhurried, and at your pace.

1

We talk on the phone first. Ask me anything.

2

I come to your home, or you come to my studio in Beaconsfield.

3

75 minutes of therapeutic bodywork and conversation.

4

You stay dressed, and you set the pace.

Who you'd be letting in

I'm Marie-Christine Lachance.

Since 2016 I've worked with older adults in the West Island, first in residences and now in their homes. Massage therapy, reflexology, and fifteen years of training in attention and presence with my teacher, Mary Swaine.

Thinking of someone you care about?

Any package or month of visits can be given as a gift. We start with a phone call, and the person receiving it always decides for themselves.

How gifts work

The best way to know is a conversation.
