Good company, and room to think out loud.
A small group of five to eight people, meeting on a weekday afternoon in Beaconsfield for eight weeks. Starting December 2026.
Some things are easier to see in good company. In the Circle, each person has time to speak and to be heard, and to hear what others have made of their own lives. The body comes along too: breath, gentle movement and a little stillness in every gathering.
Two unhurried hours, with a short break.
Arriving. Breath and gentle movement, to settle in.
A theme for the day. A question to reflect on, drawn from a life's turning points, its people and its lessons.
Speaking and listening. In pairs and as a group. You share only what you want to.
Something to take home. A few lines of writing or a small creative practice, if you like.
A season with a beginning and an end.
Each week has its own theme, from the turning points of a life to what you would like to pass on. The same people meet each week, so trust has time to grow.
The last gathering closes the season: each person hears from the others what they have brought to the group, and has the chance to thank them in return.
