The same person, the same attention, week after week.

One-to-one visits at home or at my studio in Beaconsfield. Therapeutic bodywork and real conversation in every visit.

Something changes when the same person comes back week after week. Your body settles into care it recognizes, and the conversation goes a little deeper each time, at your pace.

Ways to begin

Choose where to start.

A single visit

$140

75 minutes, at home or at the studio. A simple way to find out whether this suits you.

The Introduction · 3 visits

$420

Enough time for your body and for you to get to know me. You can stop there, or continue with the full arc: your three visits count toward the eight.

The full arc · 8 visits

$1,120

About ten to twelve weeks, weekly or every second week. The complete shape of the work, described below.

Ongoing weekly visits

$850 or $1,150 a month

Once you have done the Introduction or the full arc, you can keep going: $850 a month for 90-minute visits every week, or $1,150 a month for two-hour visits.

With the Introduction, the full arc and ongoing visits, you have priority booking: when something comes up, I see you within the week.

The eight-visit arc

The eight visits

It has a direction, but not a syllabus. Your body often decides where we go. And every visit should feel good in your body, not only mean something.

Visits 1 and 2 · Being met

In the body: getting to know your body through therapeutic bodywork, with real comfort from the start.

In conversation: getting to know you. The decades, the turning points, the people who mattered.

Visits 3 to 5 · Going back through it

In the body: where your body holds on and where it lets go shows us where to go next.

In conversation: looking at what you've lived carefully enough to see its shape, including what the hard stretches built.

Visits 6 and 7 · Where it becomes visible

In the body: moving more easily, and feeling the difference yourself.

In conversation: naming what has shifted, and what you'd still like to do.

Visit 8 · What you take forward

In the body: comfort, above all.

In conversation: gathering what you want to keep. If you like, writing down what you'd want to pass on.

Practical details

Everything you need to know.

  • Where: in your home anywhere in the West Island, or at my studio in Beaconsfield. Same price, no travel fee.
  • Changing a visit: free with notice by the evening before, as often as you need, no reason required. A skipped week simply stretches the timeline; you don't lose a visit. Only a visit missed without any notice counts as used.
  • Ongoing visits: a missed week moves within that week or into the next.
  • Payment: cash, cheque or e-transfer.
  • As a gift: family members and caregivers can give any package or month of visits.
  • Insurance receipts: I can provide receipts for massage therapy and naturotherapy.

Would you rather be part of a group? The Sens & Souffle Circle meets in Beaconsfield from December 2026. Curious how a visit unfolds? See how it works.

The best way to know if this is for you is a conversation.
